Does it work with my carrier?
Yes. Chitti uses standard conditional call forwarding, the same feature built into every carrier. You forward unanswered calls to Chitti's number. Your carrier, phone, and existing number stay the same.
What happens to my real calls?
Nothing changes for calls you answer. Forwarding is conditional: only calls you miss reach Chitti. Friends, family, and contacts you pick up for are unaffected.
Can I use my existing number?
Yes. Callers always dial and see your real number. Chitti works behind the scenes. No number change, no new SIM, nothing your contacts need to know.
Is my call data private?
Call transcripts and summaries are stored in your account only. We do not share or sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
What if Chitti misclassifies a caller?
You can review every call in your dashboard and change routing preferences at any time. If a caller is misclassified, update the rule and Chitti applies it to future calls.
